• Building is 85% day lighted... very little need for lights during the day. 275 windows.
• Bio-swales ( fancy ditches) capture water off roof/parking lot .. hold water in ditches adjacent parking lot for 24 hours... filter water and then run through channels underground to the ditches near the property lines.
• Floor is polished concrete... diamond ground and polished... sprayed with a color stain... .
• Corn burner to demonstrate other means of heating... one bushel will heat all day 1800 square feet.
• Motion lights throughout building.
