Donating Art

 

At Lowe Park Arts and Environment Center we have a lot of blank walls that we are interested in covering with some local artwork.

 

If you have a piece of artwork that you would like to donate please call
377-4846 or email marionarts@cityofmarion.org

 

The artwork would have to be approved by following The Marion Arts Council’s and City of Marion’s “Art Acquisition Policy” procedure.

 

Approved artwork which are gifts or bequests allow for a tax deduction on the part of the donor. The Marion Arts Council or the City of Marion will not provide formal appraisals on donated objects.
